I’m an experienced educational psychologist offering therapy for children, adults and/or families. I provide in-person or online sessions.

I have a particular interest in working with people who experience anxiety, phobias, ocd and those who are navigating neurodivergence (such as autism).

I take a strengths-based, client-centered, neuro-affirming approach which means I focus on what’s important to you and build from what’s already working.

Above all, I aim to create a space that feels safe, supportive and respectful - where you or your child can feel heard, understood and empowered to take the next step forward.
